Better Conquest is an independent product of My Part Pros. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OEConnection LLC. OEConnection® and CollisionLink® are registered trademarks of OEConnection LLC and are used here only to identify the platforms Better Conquest works with.
1. No Affiliation With Third-Party Platforms
My Part Pros is an independent software company. Better Conquest is designed to work alongside the collision quoting platforms your dealership already licenses, but My Part Pros has no partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, licensing arrangement, or other business relationship with the operators of those platforms. Any reference to a third-party platform on this site or inside our software exists solely to describe compatibility.
2. Trademark Attribution
OEConnection® and CollisionLink® are registered trademarks of OEConnection LLC. CDK Global®, Reynolds and Reynolds®, and PBS Systems® are the trademarks of their respective owners. All other product names, logos, and brands appearing on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Use of these names does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
3. Suggested Pricing Only
Better Conquest calculates and suggests pricing. It does not set prices. Your dealership retains sole and absolute authority over every final selling price and every bid submitted, and your staff is responsible for reviewing suggested values before transmitting them. 4. Results Are Not Guaranteed
Descriptions of Better Conquest and Nexus Warehouse on this site describe what the software is designed to do. They are not guarantees of any particular financial or operational outcome. Conquest bid win rates, gross margin, OEM reimbursement recovery, picking accuracy, and fulfillment speed depend on your pricing inputs, your staff, your manufacturer programs, and competitive conditions outside our control. Any figures shown in screenshots, product videos, or sample dashboards are illustrative examples, not representative results.
5. Accuracy of Calculations
Reimbursement estimates and suggested prices are produced from cost data, dealer-defined margin rules, and manufacturer rate matrices as configured by your dealership. Manufacturer programs change, and source data can be incomplete or out of date. My Part Pros does not warrant that every calculation will be accurate or current, and dealers should verify figures before relying on them.
